Feed products

Canola meal is the most commonly used animal feed protein sources. There are very good fatty acids, rich in vitamins and minerals needed, palatable and non-toxic. Canadian canola production is steadily growing, the current annual production of about nine million tons. Canadian Association of canola oil in 2015 will be the goal set at fifteen million tons. About half of the canola for export, half in Canada pressed into oil. Most countries import canola crushing into oil, and the remaining canola meal is used for animal feed industry. Canola meal is widely used and transactions, usually sold in bulk or granular sludge.
Canada's corn production is steadily growing, which is attributed to the demand for livestock feed, and fuel ethanol from corn as the raw material (fuel ethanol) industries are growing. Corn distillers grains (Distiller's Dried Grain with Soluble, referred DDGS) is corn, with dry milled (dry milling) byproduct of the production of fuel ethanol, used as animal feed, is a substitute for protein and energy sources.
